"I didn’t start Anchor Pelvic Physical Therapy to open just another clinic. I started it to build the kind of place I wished existed here in Orlando when I needed help.

As a pelvic floor physical therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience and 4 years in private practice, I specialize in supporting women through every season of life. Our work focuses on whole-person care. We are not just treating symptoms, we are walking the journey alongside our patients with compassion, expertise, and unwavering support. At Anchor, we are deeply committed to providing holistic, evidence-based care through unrushed, one-on-one sessions. We believe healing happens best when people feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for.

But I didn't want Anchor to just be a special place for our patients, it’s special for our team too. I am not just a business owner, but a clinician, a mom of four and an active member of our community. I know what it's like to work as a therapist and to feel burnt out trying to balance work with your life.

I am intentional about cultivating an environment that fosters learning and growth, both as therapists and as people. We prioritize mentorship, collaboration, accountability, work-life balance, and yes… having fun along the way.
