Investment & Insurance

At Anchor Pelvic Physical Therapy, we believe you deserve to know exactly what your care costs before you ever walk through our doors. No surprise bills weeks later, no confusing insurance jargon, no hidden fees. Just clear, honest pricing and a team that is fully focused on getting you better.

Our Pricing

We keep it simple. One flat rate, regardless of what we treat or how complex your case is.

  • Individual Sessions: $229 per session

  • Packages: Save up to $40 per session

Packages are a great option if you are committed to your recovery and want to get the most out of your investment. We will help you figure out which option makes the most sense for your goals and your budget.

We accept HSA and FSA funds, CareCredit, all major credit cards, and payment plans for those who need flexibility. We never want cost to be the reason someone doesn't get the care they need, so if you have questions about your options, please just ask.

Why We Choose to Be Out of Network

We know this model isn't what everyone is used to, and we want to be honest with you about why we made this choice.

When we work outside of insurance, we work entirely for you. Your care is never limited by visit caps, diagnosis restrictions, pre-authorizations, or what an insurance company decides is necessary. Every decision we make is based on your body, your goals, and what it actually takes to get you better.

In a traditional insurance-based model, clinics are often working within tight time constraints and high patient volumes that make it difficult to offer individualized, unhurried care that allows people to actually get better (trust us, we’ve worked there and we know!). It is an unfortunate reality of a system that was not designed with your experience as the priority.

At Anchor, every session is a full hour, one-on-one with the same therapist, from start to finish. No double-booking, no rushing, no passing you off to an aide. We're committed to the standard of care that gets people better faster, and that every patient deserves.

We Are an Out-of-Network Provider

Anchor Pelvic Physical Therapy does not bill insurance directly. Payment is collected at the time of your visit, and we will provide you with a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.

We cannot guarantee reimbursement amounts, as every plan is different. We always recommend calling your insurance provider to understand what your plan covers.

Questions to ask your insurance company:

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits for physical therapy?

  • Is a referral required?

  • Do I have a deductible I need to meet first?

  • What percentage of the visit cost is reimbursed after my deductible?

  • How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?

Out-of-Network Can Cost Less Than You Think

If you have a high deductible plan, you may be paying close to full price for in-network care until that deductible is met. We have heard patients being charged upwards of $700 for the initial evaluation alone at a larger facility. With Anchor, you know your cost upfront, every time.

Because we see patients one-on-one for a full hour with an individualized plan, patients get better faster and typically require fewer sessions to resolve their symptoms, which ultimately ends up being more cost-effective.
